This IT Operations Specialist role within Command Center Operations (CCO) is to provide a single point of contact for resolving technical problems within the CVS Health environment.
ACCOUNTABILITY: CCO Analysts are responsible for ensuring continuity of service and providing high quality support within committed service levels. This includes guaranteeing that events, incidents, problems, and requests are logged, escalated appropriately, and resolved in the most effective manner.
The Analyst IT Operations Specialist will provide first level engagement in response to alerts throughout the CVS Health environment. They must be able to react quickly and make critical decisions on a regular basis that impact store, corporate, and employee satisfaction.
The Analyst IT Operations Specialist provides prompt, professional customer service following specific guidelines on customer service while ensuring that problems are accurately and promptly addressed, documented, and rectified, using proper follow‑up as needed.
This is a night shift position. 6pm - 6AM. Rotating between 3 and 4 days a week.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$21.10 - $44.99
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
