Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Inventory and Quality Control Technician for a 3rd shift warehouse role. You will collaborate with the Inventory and Quality Control Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy and uphold quality standards, while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Training will be provided on SOPs, QA procedures, and warehouse flow. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with benefits including 401k, health coverage, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems.
• PIT certification preferred (Will train).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs in Safety, Quality, Operations and People.
• Perform cycle counts and physical verification of inventory status.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and adjust records.
• Assist facility management with capacity, inventory and product flow management.
• Oversee quality compliance and QA tasks.
• Run daily reports to identify product aging and critical issues.
• Provide training to team members, new hires and contractors.
