Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Warehouse Operator II for the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM). You will operate forklifts, load/unload shipments, and maintain accurate inventory while supporting shipping/receiving and cycle counts.

You’ll work in a structured environment with GMPs and SOPs, ensuring safety and accuracy as you advance within a collaborative team that handles powders, chemicals, and food allergens.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout shift.
• Comfort around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Flexible to overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and update inventory systems.
• Organize and label warehouse storage areas.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
