Nestlé USA is hiring an Inventory and Quality Control Technician for ourFort Worth distribution center. This hourly role focuses on inventory integrity and quality compliance, collaborating with the Inventory and Quality Control Supervisor to maintain SOP standards and drive process improvements.

The position supports the 3rd shift (7:00 PM–3:00 AM, Mon–Fri) with a comprehensive benefits package including 401k with company match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and other PC applications.
• Certification to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) preferred (will train).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to SOPs in Safety, Quality, Operations, and People.
• Execute inventory control activities including cycle counts and physical verification.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and process inventory adjustments.
• Monitor open transactions for Order closure.
• Assist facility management with capacity, inventory, and product flow management.
• Perform QA projects and audits as required.
• Run daily reports to identify aging and critical issues.
