Job summary

Havenwyck Hospital in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a fully licensed Intake Clinician (RN/MSW) for a part‑time night shift (11:00pm–7:30am, three days per week with alternating weekends). The role involves obtaining intake information, clinical assessments, and coordinating admission decisions with on‑call physicians.

The successful candidate will have a MI license in an appropriate discipline, 1–3 years of mental health experience, and a nursing or social work degree. UHS benefits apply.

Qualifications

• MI licensure as LMSW/LMFT/LPC or RN is required.
• 1–3 years of mental health experience preferred.
• Minimum education: nursing or social work degree as listed.

Responsibilities

• Obtain initial intake information and provide clinical assessment during intake.
• Communicate with physicians and staff regarding admission decisions and level of care.
• Maintain census and assist with admitting services and referral coordination.
• May participate in on-call duties and hospital trainings as required.
