Fairfax Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Night Shift Intake Clinician/RN for our Assessment team in Kirkland, WA. The Intake Clinician/RN handles hospital admission referrals, leveraging telephonic assessment skills to manage inquiries from across the state.

The role supports our 24/7 admissions across Kirkland, Everett, and Monroe campuses. Applicants must have a Master's degree in a mental health field or social work, WA RN license or LICSW/LMHC/LMFT licensure, and 1 year of relevant

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or mental health field.
• Active WA State license as RN or social work licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT).
• Minimum 1 year experience in social work or mental health.
• CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care and Verbal De-escalation trainings required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle hospital admission referrals including DCR and provider referrals for all three local campuses.
• Utilize telephonic assessment skills to manage inquiries from community across the state.
• Support intake and assessment processes on a 24/7 basis.
