Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert in Minnesota. You will support store operations, ensure products are in stock, correctly priced and signed on the sales floor while ensuring a guest-first experience.

The role is physical and fast-paced, requiring teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will receive comprehensive training and opportunities for growth within the General Merchandise team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store
• Retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
