You will coach technicians, review daily activities, coordinate inspections, and participate in incident response to promote a strong safety culture and hands-on safety on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assign, and review daily activities of HSE Technicians.
• Ensure HSE Technicians properly execute all assigned safety, environmental and compliance duties.
• Provide coaching, field support, and performance feedback to HSE Technicians.
• Support the HSE Supervisor by ensuring administrative and routine duties are executed at the technician level to allow greater supervisor presence on the production floor.
