Job summary

Job Purpose

The HSE Lead is responsible for supervising HSE Technicians and supporting the HSE Supervisor in the implementation and execution of all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) programs across the facility.

This position ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA and applicable regulatory requirements while actively supporting field operations, inspections, training coordination, and incident response activities. HSE Lead serves as a frontline safety leader ensuring consistent execution of safety systems, promoting a strong safety culture and supporting both administrative and hands‑on compliance functions.
