Job summary

SeAH Steel USA in Houston, TX seeks an HSE Lead to supervise HSE Technicians and support the HSE Supervisor in implementing Health, Safety and Environmental programs across the facility.

You will ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, coordinate inspections, training coordination, and incident response, and promote a strong safety culture on the production floor. This hands-on role requires leadership and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in the HSE field and industry.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assign, and review daily activities of HSE Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate safety training and field safety meetings.
• Provide on-site support for incidents and emergency response.
• Conduct inspections and track corrective actions.
