Job summary

Catholic Charities Twin Cities seeks a compassionate Housing Support Representative II for the Glenwood Residence in Minneapolis. This part-time, overnight role supports residents, families, and vendors with referrals and information, while maintaining a safe, clean, and secure environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience; post-secondary education preferred.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse populations facing serious life challenges; chemically dependent experience preferred.
• Excellent data entry and reporting accuracy for purposes of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and assist residents with inquiries.
• Resolve issues promptly and ensure thorough follow-up.
• Enforce visiting policy and procedures.
• Provide referrals, resources and information on services.
• Monitor safety and security in common areas and assist with crisis de-escalation.
• Support data entry and reporting tasks for the Property Manager.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting for client outcomes.
