Job summary

Catholic Charities Twin Cities is seeking a compassionate Housing Support Representative II for Evergreen Residence in Minneapolis to work the overnight shift. You will serve as a liaison, assist residents, vendors, and outside providers, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment.

The position is part-time, hourly, with a wage range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, and requires data entry, crisis de-escalation, and strong communications. Training and alignment with mission are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with low-income populations including those experiencing homelessness or mental illness.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Data entry accuracy for reporting purposes.
• Experience with culturally diverse populations facing serious life challenges; chemical dependency work preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience; post-secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and assist residents with inquiries and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Enforce visiting policy and process.
• Provide services including maintenance requests, complaints, resources and referrals.
• May administer medications according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Complete regular rounds to ensure safety and security; monitor residents’ activities.
• Assist with running reports, forms, document management and data entry as required.
• Review data and reporting for accuracy and timeliness; ensure accountability and client outcomes.
