Job summary

Berkshire Health Systems’ North Adams facility seeks an experienced Nursing Administration leader to direct hospital operations during evenings, nights and weekends. You will oversee inpatient units and ancillary departments, ensuring safe patient care, staffing alignment and efficient workflows in a high-pressure setting.

Qualified candidates hold a MA RN license, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, and current BLS/ACLS certification.

Qualifications

• One year of successful leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in successful conflict resolution preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business or Allied Health field required.
• Massachusetts RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS and TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the hospital on evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Oversee inpatient units and all ancillary and support departments during non-day shifts.
• Ensure patient safety, staffing alignment, and efficient workflows in a high‑pressure environment.
