Job summary

Berkshire Health Systems' North Adams Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time position. The shift is 7a-7:30p with a 36-hour work week, based on the posted schedule.

The role requires an active MA RN license, BLS and ACLS within the specified timelines. You will provide direct and indirect patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN licensed in Massachusetts (current).
• BLS and ACLS within 6 months of hire; CPR required.
• Two years of medical/surgical or ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, health maintenance, teaching and counseling to patients.
• Lead the health care team to deliver safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel while upholding standards.
