Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a capable nurse leader to oversee Hospital at Home off-shift operations, aligning clinical triage, scheduling, and patient care delivery. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, support new staff orientation, and ensure high-quality patient safety measures across shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, Massachusetts RN license, and BLS, with 5 years RN experience and Hospital at Home exposure.

Qualifications

• BSN degree is required.
• Massachusetts RN license and BLS certification.
• 5 years RN experience with Hospital at Home experience preferred. Charge nurse experience preferred. Experience with education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations during off-shift hours (afternoons, evenings, and/or nights) including weekend call rotation.
• Ensure field logistics and scheduling support optimal service to Hospital at Home patients, including admissions/discharges.
• Support staff in managing patient and family needs.
• Manage prioritization for the command center and field team with clinical triage skills focusing on patient safety.
• Support orientation of new employees and serve as a clinical/educational resource for frontline staff.
