Berkshire Health Systems’ North Adams Regional Hospital – NAR Emergency Department is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on site in Pittsfield, MA. The RN will lead nursing care, coordinate with the health care team, and participate in the full nursing process from assessment to evaluation.

Required: MA RN license, Associates degree in nursing (BSN preferred), BLS, and ongoing CE; ACLS/TNCC within one year, PALS within 18 months.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification required.
• Demonstrates continuing education per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care.
• Lead the health care team to deliver patient-centered, goal-oriented care.
• Apply nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
