North Adams Regional Hospital in Massachusetts is seeking an Administrative Director for evening and night shifts, with weekend coverage. The role directs inpatient and ancillary departments during these hours and requires strong clinical leadership and decision making.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree, Massachusetts RN license, CPR certification, and at least three years of leadership experience in an acute-care setting. MSN is preferred; a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Nursing, Business or Allied Health field.
• MSN preferred.
• RN license in Massachusetts required; CPR certification.
• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with daily operations of an acute care Medical Center and trauma/critical care.

Responsibilities
