Job summary

HIA Hospice in Grand Forks, ND seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide after-hours hospice care in patients’ homes. You will triage calls, perform nursing interventions, and support families during life-ending visits.

Shift runs 5 PM–8 AM, Sunday through Saturday, with a 7-on/7-off rotation. Eligible employees receive a robust benefits package including health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), disability coverage, and generous time off.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota (dual licensure preferred).
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours hospice nursing care in patient residences.
• Triage and respond to patient phone calls during night shifts.
• Deliver skilled nursing interventions per patient plan of care.
• Support families during actively dying and death visits.
