Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking an After-Hours Hospice RN to join our team in providing compassionate, patient-centered care after standard hours. This salaried role covers on-call from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday, supported by our 24/7 RN triage department and local hospice team.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active RN license.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours on-call nursing and patient advocacy.
• Communicate with patient, family, and hospice team on the plan of care.
• Collaborate with the 24/7 triage department and local team.
