Brighton Resort is seeking friendly, enthusiastic Guest Service Professionals to join our night operations team for the 2026/2027 winter season. As the first point of contact at the Guest Services Desk, you will provide expert knowledge of tickets/bundles and help guests from around the world have a memorable experience.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for guest service.
• Strong communication, listen, explain clearly and stay professional.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual with flexible schedules including weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Able to work 2 pm–9:30 pm shifts.
• Comfortable in a mountain environment and winter conditions.

• Be a friendly and welcoming face for guests from around the world.
• Develop understanding of tickets and season pass products, rates, discounts, events.
• Work with teammates to provide exceptional guest service.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace; restock supplies; assist with opening/closing duties.
• Communicate clearly with guests in person, by phone, and via email.
• Salesforce and Five9 skills are preferred but not required.
• Relay important information to other departments for a seamless guest experience.
• Handle difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism.
• Stay informed about parking and assist guests online and on-site.
• Direct guests to Brighton Resort locations with accuracy and enthusiasm.
