Job summary

Extended Stay America seeks a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guests with check-in/out and manage all laundry operations while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards across the property.

The position involves washing, drying, folding linens and towels, stocking supplies, answering phones, and ensuring adherence to company guidelines. The shift typically runs from 11:00pm to 7:00am.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• English proficiency to interact with guests and associates.
• Ability to operate property management systems and complete shift reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check‑in/out and collect payments per guidelines.
• Handle laundry: wash, dry, fold linens, towels, blankets and related items.
• Process all dishware to brand standards (wash, dry, pack).
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels brand-wide.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct periodic tours to check cleanliness and safety and report issues.
