Job summary

Extended Stay America in Minnesota is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight, check in/out, and manage laundry duties for linens, towels, and dishes. You will ensure safety, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness across the property.

The role requires English proficiency, basic math, and the ability to work the 11:00pm–7:00am shift, with opportunities for growth within hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and associates.
• Operate the property management system technology and perform audit functions when needed.
• Follow safety rules and operating procedures; complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic math for payments and inventory; apply good judgment at all times.
• Address guest-related issues and maintain professional guest communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out and payment collection.
• Handle laundry processing: stains, washing, drying, folding linens and towels.
• Process all dishware and maintain housekeeping carts and supply levels.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast and conduct property tours for cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety, cash handling, and security procedures; report issues promptly.
• Assist with other hotel areas as needed by management.
