Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight, manage laundry and dishware, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the hotel. The role includes checking guests in/out per guidelines and answering phones in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities also cover stocking carts, processing payments, and preparing breakfast setups. This position requires a HS diploma or GED, English proficiency, and the ability to lift and handle items up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) is required.
• Ability to communicate in English and interact with guests and associates.
• Operate property management system technology and interact with shift reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out according to guidelines.
• Answer phones and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Handle laundry tasks: wash, dry, fold, and manage related duties per standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts and maintain cleaning supplies to PAR levels.
• Process reservations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast and perform daily property tours for cleanliness.
