Extended Stay America in the United States is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guest services, manage laundry operations, answer phones, and ensure safety standards are met. The role includes laundry duties, stocking supplies, and assisting with breakfast setup and general property cleanliness.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, English proficiency, and the ability to work 11:00pm–7:00am. Competitive weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English to interact with guests and associates.
• Operate property management system and audits.
• Follow safety rules and operating manuals.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, check in/out per company guidelines.
• Handle laundry: wash, dry, fold linens and related items.
• Answer phones and ensure safety and security procedures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Inspect property for cleanliness during property tours.
• Cash handling and key control per guidelines.
• Assist with cleaning of areas as assigned by management.
