Job summary

WoodSpring Suites Cleveland in Cleveland, TN is seeking an On-Site Property Night Attendant to safeguard the property during the night hours, assist guests with late check-ins, and respond to inquiries about hotel services.

You will monitor security cameras, conduct property walks, complete nightly reports, and maintain accurate incident logs. Must live on site, be able to work independently, and deliver friendly, professional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and independently manage tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must live on property

Responsibilities

• Monitoring security cameras and conducting regular property walks to ensure a safe environment.
• Assisting guests with late-night check-ins and providing information about the hotel amenities.
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the night shift.
• Completing nightly reports and maintaining accurate records of any incidents or guest interactions.
