InTown Suites in Memphis, TN seeks a Property Attendant to ensure a safe, quiet, and comfortable environment for guests. The role requires on-site presence, on-call shifts, and vigilance for security and safety issues after office hours.

You will verify IDs, provide room access for guests who are locked out, assist with minor maintenance, and maintain daily logs of rounds and incidents. A strong service mindset and the ability to work with limited supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret information from internal hotel materials.
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property when the office is closed and report safety issues.
• Interact professionally with guests and address concerns after hours.
• Verify guest identities and provide room access during lockouts.
• Maintain secure storage and employee areas nightly.
• Document rounds and incidents on checklists.
• Assist guests with minor maintenance tasks as needed.
