Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator. The GSOC Operator is responsible for using security best practices to identify, analyze, and support all events and incidents that impact Open Text operations, facilities, and employees.

The GSOC Operator coordinates responses and provides reports to Security Management during life safety events. Full time position at a Corporate Office in Bloomfield CT with a night shift schedule (Thu–Mon, 11pm–7am) and a $22.00 /

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to prepare reports and analyze events.
• Experience with security or IT systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm and CCTV systems to protect employees and facilities.
• Manage access to all company facilities per policy.
• Coordinate video footage requests and incident reporting.
• Notify appropriate personnel during emergencies and guide responders.
• Liaise with clients and leadership during incidents.
• Maintain awareness and respond calmly under pressure.
