Allied Universal is hiring a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator in South San Francisco. You will monitor security systems, analyze events, and support Open Text operations, facilities, and employees. The role emphasizes timely reporting and calm crisis management.

As a full-time GSOC Operator, you will handle alarm and CCTV duties, manage access, and liaise with clients during emergencies, while maintaining strong customer service and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms and CCTV across sites.
• Manage day-to-day access to facilities and respond to requests.
• Coordinate with emergency responders and clients during incidents.
• Provide timely reports to Security Management on life safety events.
• Liaise between clients, other departments, and leadership during emergencies.
• Direct visitors and manage the Anti-tailgating program.
• Conduct regular patrols and document security issues.
• Work flexible schedules, including some nights.
