Job summary

FleetLogix in Boise, ID is hiring a Customer Service Gate Agent to manage vehicle readiness, gate access, and customer interactions. This role requires attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to work 8:00pm to 1:00am or 3:00am shifts.

The CSR will track vehicles, check-ins/outs, and ensure accurate data entry while upholding safety standards and offering excellent service to customers. Prior driving experience and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or frontline roles preferred.
• Ability to operate data entry devices accurately.
• Good reading comprehension and sign interpretation for safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong customer service, both internally and externally.
• Manage knowledge of site locations and vehicle statuses.
• Assist with check-in/out process and gate operations.
• Operate data entry devices accurately and securely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Comply with all vehicle and safety regulations.
• Meet productivity standards and report to management.
