Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and ability to learn RF Unit/tablet technology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide smooth traffic flow at the gate with efficient customer service.
• Maintain high quality security at gate entrance and protect people and property.
• Verify purchases by reviewing receipts and loading slips; direct customers to merchandise locations.
• Communicate incoming customers to Warehouse team for timely interactions.
• Verify loading accuracy using RF unit and physical counts; coordinate with Customer Service.
• Inform customers of potential safety concerns with their load.
• Assist with assembly projects as needed.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and other initiatives.
