Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor fluid levels and temperatures in blanchers, dryers, and fryers.
• Control temperature and time to meet product specs.
• Perform oil quality tests and monitor oil recovery.
• Maintain cleanliness and GMPs around fryer, de-oiler, and precool areas.
• Operate and adjust fryer-related equipment and filtration systems.
• Complete paperwork as required and report line issues to supervision.
