Job summary

Lamb Weston, Inc. is seeking a hands-on operator to monitor blanchers, dryers, and fryers, ensuring product quality and process efficiency.

You will track temperatures, flow, and oil quality while performing routine tests and adjustments to maintain product specifications. In this role, you will follow safety policies, operate and adjust equipment, conduct tests such as FFA and salt checks, and promptly communicate issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• Sanitation qualification is required.
• Lock-out/Tag-out qualification is required.
• Forklift Certification is required.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Follow plant safety policies and participate in safety programs.
• Monitor operation and controls of blancher, dryer, and fryer.
• Control temperature and time on equipment to meet product specs.
• Perform tests to ensure oil quality, upstream color, and salt concentrations.
• Maintain and operate oil management and filtration systems.
• Clean equipment and maintain GMP compliance.
• Communicate problems to appropriate personnel and report results.
