Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-6 months of manufacturing facility experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English.
• Mathematical ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurements.
• Good reasoning and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fluid levels, temperatures, and equipment in blanchers, dryers, and fryers.
• Maintain sanitation and safety practices; follow safety programs and rules.
• Record and communicate problems on the line to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor oil systems, additives, and color during fry‑ups.
• Perform titrations and use TESTO device for oil quality measurements.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain logs.
