Responsabilités

• Monitor fluid levels and temperatures in blanchers, dryers, and fryers.
• Follow safety rules and sanitation practices to ensure a safe work area.
• Operate and adjust equipment as required to maintain product quality.
• Record measurements and report any problems or line breaks to the appropriate personnel.
