Responsibilities

• Operate co-product and mainline fryers and monitor equipment.
• Monitor waste totes and former head RPM; adjust as needed.
• Load/unload oil and check oil quality.
• Prepare and maintain process control data sheets.
• Inspect product quality at inspection tables.
• Clean and sanitize equipment; assist with safety programs.
