Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs Guest Service Agent duties as scheduled by management.
• Provides training, including safety training, to front office staff.
• Assists in scheduling front desk personnel within budget guidelines.
• Maintains accurate records including cash flow sheet and registration cards.
• Assists General Manager in staff meetings and in vendor communications.
• Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services.
