Qualifications

• Experience in Select Service or Extended Stay properties preferred.
• Brand experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable in inventories, scheduling, and ordering.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and ensures compliance with all operations guidelines.
• Conducts monthly department meetings to review procedures and solicit input.
• Handles and resolves guest complaints and employee issues.
• Assigns duties to staff and observes performance per policies.
• Assists General Manager in wage surveys and salary guidelines.
• Supervises housekeeping staff and provides training as directed.
• Ensures rooms meet quality standards through inspections.
