Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor to join the Front Office team for overnight coverage. You will welcome guests, handle reservations, and ensure smooth front desk and accounting operations through the night.

You should have 1–2 years in front office or Night Auditor work, strong attention to detail, and solid computer and communication skills. Hyatt brand experience and knowledge of Opera Cloud are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hotel front office experience or prior Night Auditor work.
• Eye for detail and commitment to guest service quality.
• Hyatt brand experience and strong computer, customer service and communication skills; Opera Cloud/Otelier knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and run front desk and accounting operations overnight.
• Check in guests, answer phones, take reservations, respond to complaints, process invoices and reconcile accounts.
• Investigate and resolve out‑of‑balance accounts, maintain ledgers, assist forecasting and audits.
