Job summary

Dream Hollywood in Los Angeles is seeking an Overnight Front Desk professional to manage front desk and accounting operations during the night shift, ensuring guest check-ins, phone inquiries, and reservations run smoothly.

Requirements include 1–2 years in hotel front office or Night Auditor roles, strong attention to detail, customer service and communication skills; Hyatt brand experience and familiarity with Opera Cloud are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hotel front office experience or Night Auditor.
• Strong eye for detail and service quality.
• Hyatt brand experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer, customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud and Otelier preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and run front desk and accounting operations overnight.
• Check in guests, answer phones, take reservations, respond to requests and emergencies.
• Process invoices and reconcile accounts; investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts.
• Keep accurate financial records and ledgers; assist with forecasts and audits.
