Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join the Front Office team for the overnight shift. You will check in guests, answer phones, take reservations, and handle guest requests with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires 1–2 years in night audit/front desk, strong computer and communication skills, and prior Hyatt brand experience is a plus. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hotel front office experience or Night Auditor experience.
• Hotel brand experience (Hyatt) is a plus.
• Strong computer, customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service and manage overnight front desk operations.
• Check in guests, answer phones, take reservations, respond to complaints and emergencies.
• Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records for forecasts and audits.
