Job summary

The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando is hiring a Front Desk Overnight Supervisor to oversee overnight front desk operations, ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, conduct night audits, and maintain guest safety and service standards. You will coordinate with security and other departments, help resolve guest issues, train staff, and monitor property activity during the night.

• Additional language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight front desk operations and ensure smooth check-ins/outs.
• Conduct accurate night audits and maintain guest safety and service standards.
• Coordinate with security and other departments to uphold service levels.
• Monitor property activity and respond to guest requests or concerns.
• Assist in staff instruction and maintain proper records and procedures.
• Authorize revenue allowances when necessary after exploring alternatives.
