Hotel Equities is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our team in a hands-on front desk role. You will deliver welcoming, efficient service, process guest arrivals and departures, and support hotel operations to meet business goals.

This position emphasizes accurate cash handling, guest satisfaction, and collaboration with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to maintain a smooth, guest-centered operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hotel front desk or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service at check-in and stay.
• Process arrivals, departures, reservations, and guest payments accurately.
• Respond promptly to questions and guest requests.
• Maintain accurate guest records and shift documentation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to guests.
