As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Alarm Panel in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor security-related systems, and provide outstanding customer service. You will serve as a professional, approachable presence while communicating clearly with tenants, guests, and onsite teams. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and building personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Staff the front desk and serve as a professional point of contact for visitors, guests, vendors, and delivery personnel entering the commercial property.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials and authorization, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation and reporting procedures.
• Assist with communications, tenant requests, and coordination with building management and/or emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
