Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Boca Raton, FL. You will greet residents, screen guests and service providers, and manage access control with attention to safety and daily logs.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work weekends; pay is $20/hr. Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 11pm - 7am. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• College-level business or hospitality coursework preferred.
• 2–3 years of business experience preferred.
• Proficiency with information systems hardware/software preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management.
• Monitor the Emergency Response System.
• Greet and direct residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitor and control electronic security systems.
• Respond to emergencies promptly.
• Monitor and control building access.
• Maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
• Resolve and follow up on complaints.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment in the building.
• May be assigned other duties by the property manager.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as required.
