Responsibilities

• Greet residents and staff; coordinate services and enforce building rules.
• Distribute medications and assist with meals on shift.
• Monitor lobby, check visitors, answer phones, and maintain security systems.
• Document significant events in daily logs; coordinate with clinical staff as needed.
• Assist with maintenance requests and overall building operations.
