Concord Hospitality is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to manage front desk operations during the late shift and ensure smooth night-time processes. You will process reservations, balance daily revenue, and maintain guest security while providing exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have hotel or hospitality experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process credit card transactions and daily revenue for all outlets (restaurant, events, lounge).
• Handle phone system, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
• Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability and transactions.
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup if needed.
• Monitor hotel safety and emergency procedures during the night shift.
