Job summary

Fairfield Inn and Suites in Sidney, OH is seeking a Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. You’ll be the first and last face guests see, setting a welcoming tone for every stay.

Responsibilities include checking in guests, managing reservations in the PMS, balancing accounts at shift end, answering calls, and promoting our rewards program. Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
• Prior hotel front desk or customer service experience is preferred; PMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in arriving guests, creating a friendly first impression.
• Manage guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations using the PMS.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Promote and enroll guests in hotel rewards programs.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate to management when needed.
• Balance daily accounts and perform end-of-shift financial reconciliation.
