Qualifications

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Prior hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome and check in arriving guests, ensuring a smooth first impression.
Manage guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations using the PMS.
Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
Promote and enroll guests in hotel rewards programs.
Balance daily accounts and perform end-of-shift financial reconciliation.
