Responsibilities

• Verify patient's demographics and input into EHR accurately and thoroughly.
• Proficiently handle services including inpatient, emergency, obstetrics, surgery.
• Verify insurance benefits and understand payer guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive first impression.
• Discuss financial liability and assist with payment plans or Banner Financial Assistance.
