Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification desirable.
• 2–3 years experience in a similar position preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess strong customer service background.
• Multilingual abilities desirable.
• Strong command of information system hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Monitors Control Systems and Emergency Response Systems.
• Responds to emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Accurately maintains daily logs, records, and forms.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property.
• Works shifts that are subject to change based on property needs.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings.
• Supervise moves, deliveries and check status of unit owner construction according to regulations.
• Assist Receiving Department with deliveries, moves and construction workers.
• Assist Unit Owners, Residents and Guests; refer questions to Management.

Skills

High School diploma or equivalent

CPR AED certification

2–3 years experience in similar role

Excellent written and verbal skills

Customer service background
